ReUp Education has announced a partnership with the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education to launch a statewide pilot program aimed at re-engaging the more than 766,000 residents who have earned some college credit but no credential. This learner re-engagement initiative leverages ReUp’s expert coaching and data-driven outreach to support students across six public institutions. By providing personalized support to navigate barriers such as cost and time, this collaboration directly addresses the “Some College, No Credential” (SCNC) population, transforming educational pathways into economic mobility for residents across the Commonwealth.
